As a doctor and a lawyer, Brian Tew has the ability to explain complex medical information in a way that the average person can easily understand.  Dr. Tew has successfully tried medical malpractice cases in Arkansas, Florida and Texas and has demonstrated the intellectual dishonesty of countless medical “experts” in his 14 years as a litigator.

Dr. Tew represents ordinary individuals who find their lives forever changed by medical device failures and careless errors of medical staff.  “Hospitals can work miracles or be very dangerous places,” according to Dr. Tew.  “My job is to not let them bury their mistakes.”

Dr. Tew received his medical training at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio in 1978 and interned at Emory University Medical School.  He obtained his JD from the University of Houston in 1992.
