Brian Tew, M.D., J.D. has been licensed to practice medicine for over 25 years and licensed to practice law since 1992.  He specializes in trying cases involving complex medical issues and has successfully tried cases in Arkansas, Texas and Florida.  Dr. Tew has the ability to explain difficult to understand medical issues to the courtroom.  He has successfully challenged experts who were previously untouched by their opposition.  By doing so, Dr. Tew was able to demonstrate their intellectual dishonesty to the jury and judge.  By definitive cross examination, Dr. Tew has effectively ended the testifying careers of dishonest experts. 

Dr. Tew mediates medical staff disputes, peer review matters and represents medical professionals in front of their corresponding medical boards in all manner of disciplinary proceedings.

Dr. Tew has represented parties in toxic tort matters involving carbon disulfide exposure, arsenic and cyanide exposure.  In addition he has represented plaintiffs in complex pharmaceutical cases, medical malpractice cases involving physician, nursing and hospital negligence.  He has represented plaintiffs who received substandard care in nursing homes and suffered severe injury or death.

Dr. Tew has a special interest in representing victims of traumatic brain injuries, birth injuries, and patients injured or killed thru the improper design or misuse of medical devices.
